Who we are

Ai4Life is a trading name of Atonce FZE, business licence no. 4100727.01, in the United Arab Emirates. In this policy "we" means Ai4Life.

What we collect

• Details you send us through the contact, booking and newsletter forms: name, email, phone, business name and your message.
• Context about the form: the page you sent it from, the time, and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source).
• Technical data such as browser type, needed to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

• To reply to you and arrange a call.
• To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To improve the website and our services.

We do not sell your personal data.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to our own automation server (n8n) and stored in our business records, such as Google Workspace. We may use trusted providers to host the site, send email and run our systems. They process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete them. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details on our contact page.

Our products

Products such as TranSMS, $Peek and Keyhole have their own privacy notices on their own sites. Where possible, those products keep your data in accounts you own.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
