Keyhole handles two distinct categories of personal data, and it's important to be clear about which of us controls each:
During onboarding: your name, business contact details, Google Sheet ID, Google Calendar ID, Telegram chat ID, and brand preferences. During ordinary use: the property and lead information your clients submit through your forms, which is written to your Sheet and used to trigger scoring, nurture, matching, and scheduling.
Data is used exclusively to operate the automation you've subscribed to: scoring and routing leads, sending nurture emails, matching leads to new listings, scheduling viewings, generating listing and social content, and producing investment analysis reports — all on your behalf and under your own branding.
Lead and listing data lives in your own Google Sheet and Calendar, in your own Google account — not in a central database operated by Ai4Life. A master registry holding Broker-level account information (not your clients' data) is maintained to operate the service and route requests to the correct account. Some data may be held briefly in short-lived operational caching, on the order of minutes, purely to reduce redundant lookups.
Operating Keyhole requires sharing relevant data with the following third-party providers, solely for the purpose stated:
These providers may process data on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates. By using Keyhole, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer of data for the purpose of operating the service.
Broker account information is retained while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterward in case of reactivation. Your clients' data is retained in your own Google Sheet under your own control and retention practices — Keyhole does not independently delete data from your Sheet, and you remain responsible for your own retention and deletion obligations toward your clients.
Access to your Google Sheet and Calendar is granted to a shared, access-scoped service account rather than by sharing your account credentials, and can be revoked by you at any time. Payment information is handled entirely by Gumroad and is never transmitted to or stored by Ai4Life.
As a Broker, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your own account data by contacting us. Because your clients' data lives in your own Sheet, requests from your clients about their own data should generally be directed to you as the controller of that data; we will support you in fulfilling such requests where they concern how Keyhole processes that data on your behalf.
Keyhole is not directed at, and should not be used to knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
