Terms of Use

1. Who this agreement is with

Keyhole is a product of Ai4Life, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, referred to as "Ai4Life", "we", or "us". These Terms of Use are an agreement between Ai4Life and the real estate broker or brokerage subscribing to Keyhole ("Broker", "you"). Keyhole is independent of any brokerage that may separately be a client of Ai4Life's other consulting or automation work.

2. What Keyhole is

Keyhole is a subscription automation service for real estate brokers. It qualifies and scores inbound leads, sends automated nurture follow-up, matches leads to new listings, schedules property viewings against your calendar, generates property listing and social media content, and produces investment analysis reports for your clients.

Keyhole is an automation layer that sits behind however you already capture leads and manage listings. It is not a customer relationship management (CRM) system, not a real estate brokerage, not a licensed real estate service provider, and does not itself list, market, sell, or lease property. You remain solely responsible for your own real estate licensing, regulatory compliance, and the accuracy of any listing or transaction information you input into or distribute through the system.

3. Eligibility

Keyhole is intended for licensed real estate brokers, agents, and brokerages. By subscribing, you confirm that you are operating in that capacity and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

• Keyhole is billed as a single flat-rate monthly subscription covering the full feature set — there are no separate feature tiers.
• Subscriptions are processed and billed by Gumroad, Inc. Payment card details are handled entirely by Gumroad; Ai4Life never receives or stores your payment card information.
• Early-bird subscribers who join before Keyhole's next published price increase keep their original subscription price for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted, in line with Gumroad's own subscription pricing mechanics.
• You may cancel at any time through Gumroad. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund prior billing periods except as described below.
• New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. Refunds are processed by Gumroad to the original payment method.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during onboarding, including the Google Sheet, Google Calendar, and Telegram details you connect to your account.
• Keep your own Google account and Telegram access secure — Keyhole operates using access you explicitly grant to a shared service account, and you can revoke that access at any time.
• Review AI-generated content (listing descriptions, social captions, personalized emails, investment analysis figures) before relying on it or sending it to a client. Generated content is produced automatically and may contain errors; it does not constitute financial, legal, or professional real estate advice, and you remain responsible for what is sent to your clients under your name and brand.
• Comply with applicable data protection, marketing, and consumer-protection laws with respect to your own clients' personal data, including obtaining any consents required before submitting their information into the system.
• Not use the shared infrastructure (Telegram bot, email sending, automation workflows) for spam, unlawful marketing, or any purpose unrelated to legitimate real estate brokerage activity.

6. Service availability

Keyhole depends on third-party infrastructure, including Google Workspace, OpenAI, Perplexity, Telegram, and Gumroad. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for outages, delays, or errors originating from these third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

The Keyhole software, workflows, branding, and documentation are the property of Ai4Life. Data you input — your leads, listings, client communications, and business records — remains yours. Because that data lives in your own Google Sheet and Calendar rather than a database controlled by Ai4Life, it stays accessible to you independent of your subscription status.

8. Limitation of liability

Keyhole is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai4Life is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost business, lost leads, or reliance on automatically generated content. In no event will Ai4Life's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your account is deactivated and automation stops running for your account; your own Google Sheet, Calendar, and their contents remain in your own Google account and are unaffected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Continued use of Keyhole after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Keyhole will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
