We do not collect your online banking username, password, card numbers, or any banking app credentials. We do not read SMS messages other than the transaction alerts your automation is configured to forward.
3.Where Your Data Lives
- Your transaction history is stored in the Google Sheet in your own Google account. We are granted edit access to that one Sheet only — we cannot see the rest of your Google Drive.
- A central directory, held in our own account, links your Telegram Chat ID and Sheet ID to your subscription status. This directory does not contain your transaction content — only the routing information needed to operate the service.
- Transient processing happens on our self-hosted automation infrastructure at the moment a transaction is captured or confirmed. Workflow execution logs may retain data briefly for debugging and reliability purposes before being automatically pruned.
4.Third Parties We Share Data With
We rely on the following categories of third-party service to operate TranSMS. Each has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review:

We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use your transaction content for purposes beyond operating TranSMS for you.
5.Security Measures
- Encryption in transit between your device, our infrastructure, and Telegram.
- No collection of banking credentials at any point in the pipeline.
- Sheet access limited to exactly the Sheet you share, revocable by you at any time from your Google Sheet's Share settings.
- No transaction is written to your Sheet without your explicit confirmation.
As described in our Terms of Service, we take reasonable, industry-standard precautions but cannot guarantee against every conceivable incident arising from third-party infrastructure outside our control.
6.Data Retention
Your directory entry (Chat ID, Sheet ID, subscription status) is retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, accounting, and legal purposes, after which it is deleted. Workflow execution logs are retained only briefly and pruned automatically. Your transaction history in your own Google Sheet is retained for as long as you keep that Sheet — that's entirely your decision, since it's your data in your account.
7.Your Rights
- Revoke access — remove our service account's edit access from your Google Sheet at any time.
- Stop capture — mute, block, or delete the Telegram bot conversation at any time.
- Cancel — cancel your subscription through Gumroad, which stops new processing.
- Access or delete your directory record — contact us to request a copy of, or deletion of, the routing information we hold about your account.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law (for example, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, or GDPR if you are in the EU/UK). We will honor applicable requests to the extent required by law.
8.International Processing
Because TranSMS relies on hosting and AI-processing providers that may operate servers outside your home country, your transaction text may be processed in a different jurisdiction than where you live, transiently and for the sole purpose of delivering the service.
9.Children's Privacy
TranSMS is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, communicated via Telegram or email.
